
Overview
The SEA Fall Strategy Meeting brought together leadership, stakeholders, and team leads for four days of planning, coordination, and team building in the beautiful coastal setting of York Harbor. The retreat combined structured strategy sessions with informal discussions to align on priorities for the next year and deepen collaboration.
Venue & Atmosphere
- The meeting took place at York Harbor, Maine — leveraging the natural setting to foster reflection, creativity, and connection.
- Facilities and lodging allowed a mix of workshop spaces and comfortable lodging (ocean views, quiet evenings) which helped balance work and downtime.
- The surroundings (coastline, autumn light, Maine’s scenery) added a sense of renewal and focus.

- Team Structures & Roles:
- Clarifying roles and responsibilities.
- Discussing cross-function coordination to reduce silos.
- Innovation & Opportunity Scanning:
- Exploring new initiatives, partnerships, and opportunities.
- Understanding risks and market / external environment factors.
- Action Planning:
- For each strategic priority, setting concrete next steps, owners, timing.
- Developing KPIs and metrics to track outcome.
