Action Needed: Contact your Members of Congress and urge them to support inclusion of Rep. Andy Harris’ Certified Seasonal Employer (CSE) Designation in the FY27 DHS Appropriations baseline bill.
The next 6 weeks are critical. Including CSE language in the baseline bill is the best path to protecting it through the legislative process. President Trump and the White House support this provision.
The CSE Designation rewards long-time, compliant H-2B employers by permanently exempting their highest certified worker count from the cap.
