Karen Schindler

Executive Director

Through passion and conviction to serve, Karen incorporated Aztec Foreign Labor in 2004 in order to bridge the connection between local, small and seasonal business owners and a reliable labor force. The company blossomed into servicing employers nationwide until she took a hiatus in 2011 to work for the Office of Foreign Labor Certification at the US Department of Labor in Washington, DC. There, she served as a liaison for the Ombudsman Program, advocating for H-2A and H-2B employers, drafting and developing policy papers and making recommendations to improve program policy and procedures on a National level.

In 2016, she left Washington to reincorporate Aztec Foreign Labor, and since then, the business has grown exponentially. She continues to seek out strategic solutions for employers wanting to take their small and seasonal businesses to the next level through the H-2B program.
